Melchiò takes its name from Caterina’s grandfather, Vincenzo called “Marchionn”, with the aim of communicating a strong sense of family, so that each guest may feel at home.
The restaurant was founded because Vito, her husband, strongly desired to be able to put into practice all his creativity and his love for cooking. His great wealth of experience means that he knows what the customer wants: organic and seasonal products, Italian meat and fresh local fish, home-made pasta.

Linda has had an innate passion for cakes since she was a child. In 2016 she attended the “Chef Academy” of Terni for four months where she refined her techniques and increased her knowledge in the art of confectionery.
